Safety Tipline Bus Routing Information District Highlights The EIS District is rated Distinguished (and Progressing) and ranked in the top ninth percentile of all Kentucky school districts on the 2014 KY Assessment. Elizabethtown High School is also rated Distinguished and outscored 90% of all Kentucky high schools on the 2014 KY Assessment. Especially significant are the Elizabethtown High School Social Studies scores which are ranked third out of over 200 high schools in the state! T K Stone Middle School and Morningside Elementary School are rated Proficient, and Helmwood Heights Elementary School missed the Proficiency category by two percentage points.
